7 Tips to reduce menstrual cramps

Did you know that menstrual cramps are the leading cause of lost school and work hours among women?

Also known as dysmenorrhea, menstrual cramps caused about 140 million hours of lost school and work. However, you do not have to live with the pain. Here are some tips to help women in this particularly painful time of the month.
